14-Day Return Policy & Money Back Guarantee:

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return: Item(s) must be in brand new, unworn condition, not washed, dirty, have makeup stains, smell of smoke or perfume, or show any other signs of wear. We will not re-ship items sent to us that are ineligible for a return.
  • Returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 days minus a 25% restocking fee of the product price and original shipping charges (or actual shipping costs if a free shipping discount code was used).
  • You are responsible for the shipment of returning any items to us including return postage.  pynkturtle is not responsible if your return package is lost or damaged on its way back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable package option so you can confirm delivery. If you did not use a tracking or delivery confirmation service and your package is not received by us, there is nothing we can do about it.
  • Orders that are returned to us undeliverable may be re-shipped after paying for the re-shipment costs or may be refunded at the customer's request. Our standard fees associated with refunds apply as mentioned above.

14-Day Exchange Policy:

If you need a different style, size, or design, you can return your item(s) for an exchange within 14 days of delivery. 

  • To be eligible for an exchange: Item(s) must be in brand new, unworn condition, not washed, dirty, have makeup stains, smell of smoke or perfume, or show any other signs of wear. New items will only be shipped out after original items are received and approved.
  • You are responsible for the shipment of returning any items to us including return postage. pynkturtle is not responsible if your return package is lost or damaged on its way back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable package option so you can confirm delivery. If you did not use a tracking or delivery confirmation service and your package is not received by us, there is nothing we can do about it. We cannot re-ship items sent to us that are ineligible for an exchange.

 

To make an exchange, follow these 2 steps:

1.) Mail the item(s) along with a note that includes your name, email address used to place the order, order number, or any other identifying information to:

2.) Place a order for the new replacement item(s) using a discount code that will be provided via email upon approval and receipt of exchange in acceptable condition described above.

  • Use the code in the checkout. This will reduce the total to the costs of making an exchange which include a 20% restocking fee along with any applicable shipping costs and taxes.
  • When ordering, you must use the same email address as from the original order.
  • The exchange code is to ONLY be used for exchanges and cannot be combined with other discounts or items you are not exchanging. All other orders will be cancelled. 
  • You may exchange as many items needing be exchanged, but may only exchange them one time. (e.g. no replacements for replacements)  

 

Cancelling or modifying orders:

  • Due to the nature of our production processes, we can only cancel orders within one (1) hour of receiving your order during the checkout process, and ONLY if you contact us prior to the order being sent to production via cancel@pynkturtle.com and we confirm the changes can be made prior to submission to our production process. We cannot guarantee any specific changes can be made prior to the order being sent to production.
  • Generally, the time in which we can make changes to the quantity of ordered items, may be within one (1) hour of an order being placed.
  • There is a 12% restocking fee on all cancelled orders as we incur non-recoupable costs and processing expenses regardless of an order's fulfillment status.

To cancel an order within one (1) hour of checkout, please contact us at cancel@pynkturtle.com with the following:

  1. Details of your order so we can look it up. (E.g. order #, full name of person who placed the order, email address used when placing order and amount)
  2. Briefly explain what you're wanting cancelled.


To modify the quantity of an order within one (1) hour of checkout, please contact us at modify@pynkturtle.com with the following:

  1. Details of your order so we can look it up. (E.g. order #, full name of person who placed the order, email address used when placing order and amount)
  2. Briefly explain what you're wanting modified.

 

Problem with your order?

  • If a product you have received is damaged, defective or incorrect from confirmed order, please contact us at whatsup@pynkturtle.com within 15 days of delivery so we can arrange for a exchange or return process.
  • Any concerns in regards to the items received need to be addressed prior to being worn or washed and meet the exchange policy or return policy above.
